Let's talk about MULTIORGASMS!

For some people, thinking about the possibility of experiencing multiple orgasms in the same sexual relationship is something utopian. There are those who claim it is impossible because they may have never experienced it, just as there are those who have experienced it and, in addition to confirming it, look for ways to recreate a slightly more rewarding experience.

Multiorgasmia is the ability to generate several orgasms during a single sexual encounter. It is a skill that can be trained and is experienced by both men and women.

There are some essential requirements to understanding multiple orgasms. I think the most important is knowing how to recreate orgasms. It's not enough to just generate them sporadically; it's necessary to understand how to generate them in our bodies in order to assume complete control of what we want to experience.

Orgasm is a personal experience ; your orgasm can never be compared to someone else's, mainly because we all relate to hormones differently; we've also addressed this in several of our posts. Therefore, experiencing multiple orgasms during the same sexual encounter cannot be compared to anyone else's.

When you have your first orgasm, you experience elevated levels of oxytocin, dopamine, serotonin, prolactin, adrenaline, estrogen-testosterone, and endorphins. These hormones together cause the body to experience many sensations. There are people who, as soon as their first orgasm occurs, stop stimulation. And mind you, I'm not just talking about genital stimulation; I'm talking about any type of stimulation through the senses. But what happens if the stimulation continues even after the orgasm?

If we continue stimulating any of our senses, we may experience multiple sexual responses and this will depend on the stimulation generated. If we want a squirt, the logical thing would be to continue with a specific stimulation of the Skene glands. If we want an orgasm, we could continue stimulating the senses, in order to take the hormonal production of the first orgasm as a base to recreate the next one much more easily.

Now, the onset of the next orgasm, in most cases, isn't immediate. Contrary to what many people think, the second orgasm usually takes its time. Of course, it will take less time than the first, and likewise, it will be much longer than the third. That is, each subsequent orgasm occurs in less time than the previous one, unless the sexual experience is interrupted by some thought that prevents the enjoyment of it.

So, to summarize, it's essential to understand how orgasms are generated and recreated in your body. This way, after the first orgasm, we can offer stimulations that promote the appearance of the second more easily. At the same time, we must allow the body to take as long as it needs to find the next one. This isn't a race, and the body is perfect. Finally, if multiple orgasms are an activity you truly enjoy generating, foster spaces that stimulate your senses and learn to recreate the appearance of hormones that allow you to easily experience multiple orgasms.
