In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, Owna Care complies with the warranty, safety, and exchange of products if you comply with the following stipulations in the standard:
Toys must be in their original box for warranty purposes. This is so we can verify the toy's production serial number and allow the factory to exchange the toy. If you don't have the box or serial number, we can't provide a warranty.
To begin your warranty process, you can contact us at WhatsApp 3145113989 or email infownacare@gmail.com . You must fill out our online form, where you can attach a photo or video clearly showing the damage to the product, so we can conduct an initial assessment.
In the video, we must demonstrate the product's use, turning it on and off, charging, and vibrations to properly advise you. You must have the original invoice (FE...) or order number (#OW...) on hand. You will receive a response to your request within 15 business days. If the warranty is accepted, we will send you the return guide for the product, and we will thoroughly review it to determine whether or not to accept your warranty.
If your product arrives in very poor condition or there are signs that it has been opened for some reason, you can request an exchange. This does not include minor defects or minor cosmetic damage that is normal during the vibrator's manufacturing process. The silicone or ABS plastic covering the vibrator is not included.
If your product is eligible for warranty, Owna Care will cover all costs of returning the new product.
If your product is not defective or does not qualify for warranty, we will return it to you, and in this case, the customer will be responsible for paying for shipping.
According to Article 16 of Law 1480 of 2011, the causes for exemption from liability of the producer or supplier are force majeure, fortuitous event, the act of a third party, improper use of the good or service by the consumer, and the consumer's failure to follow the installation, use, or maintenance instructions indicated in the product manual and in the warranty.
Warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- The toy shows signs of misuse or mishandling, with dents or dings that may have affected its operation. There are obvious color changes, evidence of sulfate on electrical components, odors, among others.
- A non-submersible product is submerged, or a product is submerged for more than 30 minutes.
- A product that was won in a Giveaway or gift.
- Misuse of charger cables (chargers cannot be replaced).
- Do not charge your toy for more than a month.
- Silicone wear, cuts, tears, rips, stains or discoloration.
- The toy's buttons look sunken in and poorly worn.
Our accessories, eBooks, and lubricants meet the highest quality standards, so you can always use them with complete confidence. Returns on these products are not accepted once purchased.
No intimate product can be exchanged once opened.
Returns:
You can request a refund within 5 business days of receiving your product. The product must be in perfect condition, unopened, and its box must be perfectly sealed. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
We issue refunds to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. This process can take up to 15 business days.
