At Owna Care, we ensure that your product reaches you discreetly, with packaging and billing that protects your privacy.

Discreet packaging:

Your packaging is discreet and provides no information about its contents. It is shipped in a brown cardboard box with reinforced adhesive tape.

Response time for shipments:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow a few more days in transit for shipping. If there's a significant delay with your order, we'll contact you via email or phone.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking:

You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order, which will include your tracking number. This number will be active within the next 24 hours.

Shipping:

Owna Care ships to much of Colombia through Coordinadora Mercantil, using the logistics operator Melonn. This ensures security and coverage so your purchase arrives at the desired address.

Delivery times for products are approximately 5 business days for Bogotá and Medellín, 8 business days for major cities, and up to 15 business days for other destinations. These times are subject to change due to promotional events or events external to Owna Care, such as weather and carrier-related events.
